From the first patient to the last, nothing could happen without the sacrifice of our medical volunteers. They are the heart of what we do. Everything we have done has been made possible by the compassion of volunteers. These include, but are not limited to: dentists, physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, paramedics, EMT’s, dental hygienists, dental assistants and technicians, and therapists.

Can I sign up for a specific job to volunteer for?
If you are a healthcare professional, you can sign up to offer your services by clicking here. All volunteers must also make themselves available for orientation prior to the event. If you are a healthcare professional but are not licensed in the state of Texas, please let us know what field you are in so that we can make sure that you are stationed in the appropriate section as supporting staff. For all other volunteers, if you have a special skill such as security, first responder or CPR, computers or networking, or registration, please let us know and we will do our best to make the most of your skill sets.

Do I have to pre-register to be a volunteer or can I just show up?
To ensure the safety of everyone involved, volunteers are required to pre-register online. Thank you for your cooperation. Our goal is for this event to be enjoyable, educational and safe for everyone.
